Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy
All hardware is supplied with a 1-year warranty and is non-transferable with the original customer only.
If a fault arises in the first 7 days that cannot be resolved easily we will collect and replace the hardware, for the balance of the 1 year warranty. We supply parts and you fit them. If you want to upgrade to a whatever happens warranty we will collect and replace your machine old for new.
We are happy to carry out service repairs for your printer warranty parts are free labour is charged at 39.95 per hour
Any hardware that has any physical customer modification on it or firmware will invalidate any warranty from Copymaster 3D.
Please note; no refunds are applicable to any software.
All returns must be authorised with an official RMA number prior to shipping, unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and goods in transit insurance, no refunds on shipping are applicable. Copymaster 3D cannot be held responsible for products that arrive back damaged due to products not being shipped back in original packaging.
Items purchased within 30 days deemed faulty will be exchanged like for like. Any item that is faulty after 30 days is covered under manufacturer warranty to be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer discretion.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any hardware bought in error and box is opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and accepted back at management discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and must be authorised with an RMA number.
Any customer wishing to return unused new sealed goods for a refund after 30 days please note there is a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return is received within 7 days of purchase and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
